Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Loyalty Check collects, why, and what we do with it. It covers both customers and testers ("Evaluators"). It does not cover the Subject, the person a customer names for testing, because we deliberately hold almost nothing on them. That's on purpose, not an oversight.

What we collect from customers

• Your email address and the age and safety confirmations you give us during the intake flow.
• The handle you enter for the Subject, used only to route your check to the right Evaluator.
• Payment details, processed and stored by our payment processor, not by us directly. We never see or store full card numbers.
• Your answers during the intake flow: who's being tested, their age range, who they're interested in, and the interest tags you select.
• Basic device and browser information, for security and fraud prevention.

What we deliberately don't collect

• We do not scrape or pull data from the Subject's public profile to write a script. The handle routes your order to an Evaluator, nothing more.
• We do not keep the Subject's name or photos on file. That information is deleted shortly after your report is delivered, and it is never used in marketing, with or without your permission.
• We do not record audio, video, or take screenshots of any interaction. Evaluators write a same day summary from memory.

How we use what we collect

To route your order to the right Evaluator, produce and deliver your written report, process payment, confirm age and safety details, respond to support requests, and meet our own legal and tax record keeping obligations.

How long we keep it

Subject information is deleted shortly after report delivery. Your account and billing records are kept for as long as we're required to for tax and accounting purposes. Intake answers used to route your order are deleted once your report is delivered, aside from anonymized data we may use to improve how we match Evaluators.

Who we share it with

Your Evaluator sees only what's needed to make contact: the Subject's handle and the intake answers relevant to their approach. We share payment details with our payment processor and never sell your data to third parties. We disclose information to law enforcement only where required by valid legal process.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold on you, and to opt out of marketing email. Contact hello@loyaltycheck.co to make a request, and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

Age restriction

Loyalty Check is for people 18 and older only. If we learn an account belongs to someone under 18, we close it and delete the associated data.

Terms & Conditions

Who can use Loyalty Check

You must be 18 or older to place an order. The person you name for testing must also be 18 or older, to the best of your knowledge. You confirm at checkout that there is no restraining order or history of violence involved in your request, and an order will not proceed without that confirmation.

What the service is, and isn't

Loyalty Check arranges natural contact between a real, verified Evaluator and a Subject you name, and delivers a written report describing what happened. It is not a legal investigation, not a background check, and not proof of anything. Reports describe behavior and tone in a single interaction. They never use pass or fail language, and every report carries a reminder that one interaction is not proof of fidelity, infidelity, or character.

Your responsibilities

• You will not use a report, or the fact that you ordered one, to harass, stalk, embarrass, or otherwise harm anyone.
• You understand this service is for personal clarity, not for use as evidence in a legal proceeding, and you won't represent it as such.
• You confirm the information you give us about yourself and the Subject is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

How Evaluators operate

• Evaluators use their real name and real photo. No fabricated personas, no fake profiles, no catfishing.
• Evaluators never falsely claim to be single or interested if the Subject asks directly.
• Contact stays on the platform where it started. No exchanging personal contact information, no meeting in person, no video calls.
• If the Subject shows discomfort, suspicion, or asks to stop, the Evaluator ends contact immediately. This does not affect your report or your Evaluator's pay.
• Nothing is recorded. Evaluators write a same day summary from memory rather than a transcript.

Payment and refunds

A standard Loyalty Check is $19, charged at checkout before your Evaluator is briefed. If your Evaluator is unable to make any contact with the Subject, you're entitled to a full refund. Once a report has been delivered, the check is considered complete and is non-refundable.

Report delivery

Most reports are delivered by email within 48 hours of first contact. Delivery times can vary depending on how quickly the Subject responds.

Limitation of liability

Loyalty Check is provided as an information service. We are not liable for decisions you make based on a report, or for the Subject's behavior during or after contact. Our liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Termination

We may suspend or close your account if you misuse the service, including any use that violates the responsibilities above, or if you're unable to confirm your age or the safety details we ask for.

We'll update the date at the top of this page whenever these terms change, and we'll flag material changes by email.

Cookie Policy

Cookies are small files a website stores on your device to remember information between visits. Here's what we use them for.

Essential cookies

These keep the site working: remembering where you are in the intake flow, keeping you signed in, and protecting against fraud. The site won't function properly without them, and they can't be switched off.

Analytics cookies

We use these to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages get read and where people drop off during signup. This helps us fix confusing steps. Analytics data is aggregated and isn't used to identify you personally.

What we don't use cookies for

We don't use advertising or retargeting cookies, and we don't share cookie data with ad networks. Loyalty Check isn't marketed through behavioral ad targeting.

Third party cookies

Our payment processor may set its own cookies when you check out, governed by its own privacy and cookie policies.

Managing cookies

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the site, including the intake flow, from working correctly.

Trust & Safety

Loyalty Check exists to give you clarity, not to put anyone at risk. Here's how we protect everyone involved, and what's on you once a report lands in your inbox.

Your safety

• Every interaction stays online, on the platform it started on. Testers never exchange personal contact details, never meet a Subject in person, and never move to a video call.
• Your identity is never shared with the Subject at any point, before, during, or after contact.
• Before anything runs, you confirm you're 18 or older and that there's no restraining order or history of violence involved in your request.
• If you're in an unsafe situation yourself, this service is not a substitute for professional help or law enforcement. If you're in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.

You take responsibility for the outcome

• A report describes one interaction. It's a data point for your own clarity, not a verdict, and not proof of fidelity, infidelity, or character.
• What you do with a report, including any conversation you have with the Subject afterward, is your decision and your responsibility. We're not party to it and can't manage that outcome for you.
• You agree not to use a report, or the fact that you ordered one, to harass, stalk, embarrass, or otherwise harm the Subject. Misuse breaches our Terms and Conditions and can result in your account being closed.
• If ordering a Loyalty Check on someone brings up feelings you're struggling with, that's worth talking through with someone you trust or a professional, separate from anything we can offer here.

Our testers are protected too

• Testers use their real name and real photo with customers, but their personal contact information, home address, and other identifying details are never shared with you.
• Testers choose which checks to accept and can end contact at any time, with no penalty, if a Subject becomes hostile, if they feel unsafe, or simply if they'd rather not continue.
• We don't disclose which customer requested a particular check to the Subject, and we don't disclose a tester's identity beyond what they share directly with the Subject during contact.
• Attempting to identify, contact, or retaliate against a tester outside the platform is a serious breach of our Terms and Conditions and will end your access to the service.
